Neuromuscular effects - Rigidity Lower >upper, Clonus, Hyperreflexia, Ocular clonus
Autonomic effects - Htn, Tachy, Sweating, Mydriasis, tachypnoea, Hyperthermia, Diarrhoea

Cyproheptadine 12 mg orally, as a single dose (? then 2mg Q2h until response) - may need tube as usually psycho to require this.
