Think CNS symptoms/Serotonin sx. Cardiac rare. Citalopram is the worst and has Na blockade stuff
SNRI = Venlafaxine, desvenlafaxine, duloxetine

SSRI - mainly supportive. Benzo’s for seizures. Observe 12h
SNRI - Bicarb if broad complex (?lipid emulsion)
16 hours mon if >4.5g, otherwise clear at 6hrs.
