Digibind - 1 amp per 500 mics dig
Arrest dose - 10-20 amps
Pacing (Atropine bridging)
Seek and great hyperkalaemia (avoid Calcium??)
Avoid calcium thought to cause “stone heart” - controversial, probs OK
