Expected Response
Dx = Ventricular tachycardia (monomorphic)
Regular, broad complex tachycardia (max 1 mark only)
Very broad QRS complexes (~200ms)
Brugada’s sign (onset R-nadir S >100ms)
AV dissociation (see V2)
Concordance throughout precordial leads
Josephson’s sign (notching near the nadir of S, see precordial leads)
RR’ complexes with taller first R (left rabbit ear) in V1
SA 2020.2-5 - Cardio/O+G - Arrhythmia in pregnancy
? peripartum cardiomyopathy on top of usual DDx
